Home Staging
Home staging is not the same as decorating. You decorate your home for your own personal tastes
and interests. It reflects who you are at that particular time in your life. You stage your home so it
appeals to the largest percentage of potential buyers. You want your buyers to walk into your house and
see themselves living there.
Home staging can be very basic and low cost or very time-consuming and expensive. We believe that
most homes can be made ready to sell or "staged" without spending thousands of dollars.

your home. We offer additional advice and checklists to our clients as part of our service.
Just remember that the goal of home staging is to present your home in the best possible condition so
it sells for the best possible price in the shortest possible time. You should not feel pressured to spend
thousands of dollars on major renovations if you will not recoup the cost when you sell.
